How much do downloads cost? Some downloads are free, and I am in the process of adding more free content over time. The rest are what I believe to be affordably priced. The intent is to cover the considerable costs of the infrastructure needed to maintain this site, create, store and host the files.
How do I get free downloads? When you click on a link for a free document it will immediately download the document and display it in a screen like this:
Can I save and print free downloads? Yes. If you want to save this to your computer, or print it, click the little printer or download icons in the corner of the document screen. Some documents will be PDF files, others will be collections of JPEG or other image files compressed into one ZIP file.
How do I purchase and pay for the other documents?
Choose as many documents as you like by clicking the Add to Cart buttons for each one. When you are done adding items from one page you can visit other download lists by returning to the Downloads page, or Download Service Docs or other any other pages with download links.
When finished selecting documents, click the View Cart button to checkout. You will be taken to PayPal’s secure checkout system. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout.
Here you can review and possible delete items. To see more details about an item in your cart, click the More button under any item's description.
If you decide to look for more documents before you check-out, click the Continue Shopping link in the upper-right part of the screen. When you finish shopping you will be able to pay with any major credit card or with a PayPal balance if you choose.
Once you have checked-out you will receive an email with links enabling you to download your files. If you don't get an email almost immediately, check your Spam folder. This is normally not a problem, but it can happen.Click the link in that email to display the download screen.
When you click the link in the email a download screen like this will display:
Clicking the link will cause the downloaded file to display. Files will be either PDF files or compressed collections of .JPG images. Save your downloaded files to your computer, where you can read and print them.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or issues regarding downloads or anything else on the site.
And good luck with those restorations!
